As in 2011 and 2012, this year’s top TV programs were almost exclusively the realm of NFL telecasts, reveals Nielsen, with NFL programming occupying 9 of the top 10 shows of the year. Super Bowl XLVII between the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens took the top spot, with 108.7 million viewers (37.6% of US viewers aged 2 and older).
